H. Vance White
President, Chief Executive Officer and DirectorMr. H. Vance White has served as President of the Company since 2003. He has served as a Director since 1983. Mr. White also serves on the Board of Directors of TSX Venture Exchange-listed Atikwa Minerals Corporation, Kalahari Resources Inc. and Tawsho Mining Inc. Until July 10, 2009, Mr. White served as Chairman and a Director of OTC Bulletin Board-listed Wits Basin Precious Minerals Inc. He has also been a director and/or officer of several other reporting issuers, including AfriOre Limited and Dickenson Mines Limited.

Walter E. Brooks
Vice-President, Corporate Development and DirectorMr. Brooks is self-employed and has been an advisor to various natural resource exploration and development companies.

Gaetan Chabot
Chief Financial OfficerMr. Chabot is a seasoned executive with extensive management and financial experience, and is a key player in the acquisition and integration of businesses with a strong emphasis on planning, analysis & control, cash management, and systems development. He has worked with Price Waterhouse covering a broad spectrum of clients, including such high profile names as Joseph E. Seagrams, NCR Canada and Abitibi-Price. Mr. Chabot was CFO of the Fletcher Leisure Group, Popsicle Industries, and Good Humor-Breyers of Unilever for 15 years. In 1998, Mr. Chabot founded GDC Management Services to assist companies with strategic/business planning, evaluation of mergers and acquisitions, performance of due diligence, review and implementation of systems and procedures.

Randy Singh, BSc (Waterloo), P.Geo (ON), P.Eng (ON)
Exploration ManagerMr. Singh has worked as a geologist in various capacities for a number of major companies, including Utah Mines Ltd., HBMS, Noranda, Syncrude and Placer Dome as well as for a number of juniors including Golden Star Resources, Guyana Gold Corp., Venezuelan Goldfields, South American Goldfields, Queenstake Resources and Gold Port Resources. Mr. Singh also worked as an engineer for Syncrude Canada Ltd., EBA Engineering and Thurber Consultants.

Birks Bovaird
After graduating from university, Birks Bovaird joined the Royal Bank of Canada where he gained his initial experience in the financial services industry. His industry experience has included: General Manager of one of Canada's foreign banks, Partner in a Corporate Finance firm and Vice President of Corporate Finance of a major Canadian and international accounting firm. Subsequently through his Toronto based consulting company he provided financial advisory consulting services to both the public and private market sectors.

Currently he is CEO and a Board member of Richmond Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: RMD). He is also an officer and director of several junior public mining exploration and development companies. Presently much of his time is dedicated to his responsibilities as Chairman of the Board of Energy Fuels Inc. (TSX: EFR) a uranium development company in Colorado whose principal business strategy is to license and construct a mill to process uranium and vanadium ores, the first facility of its kind to be built in the US in over 25 years.

He is a graduate of the Director Education Program and holds an ICD.D designation.

Michael C. Newbury, P.Eng
Mr. Newbury is a professional engineer, banker and project finance specialist with over 30 years experience in the operation, financing and evaluation of natural resource projects, primarily mining. His mining and technical expertise, as well as financial and engineering capabilities, enable the evaluation and assessment of projects, to the development of operational plans and financial structures that manage project risk, minimize equity requirements and maximize shareholder value. Mr. Newbury has a B.Sc. from McGill University, managed Barclays Bank's World Mining Group and the Credit Suisse Corporate Banking Group. He was one of the initial partners in Endeavour Financial and provided his technical expertise to that group for over 10 years. He has extensive experience in the evaluation and financial structuring of natural resource projects in emerging market countries including Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, South Africa, China and Venezuela. Currently he operates as an independent consultant and is on the Boards of a number of junior mining companies. Mr. Newbury is Ring of Fire Resources Inc.'s designated Qualified Person (QP) for geological reporting.

Richard E. Nemis
Mr. Nemis was born in Sudbury, Ontario Canada 1938, graduated St. Charles College, Sudbury Ontario, University of Ottawa and Osgoode Hall Law School and called to the bar in the province of Ontario as Barrister and Solicitor in 1968. He practiced law continuously until approximately 1995, in the field of corporate, commercial and securities law. Mr. Nemis established Noront Resources Ltd. in 1983 and continued to act in a senior management position as President and CEO. In the fall of 2008 he was named Chairman Emeritus of Noront in recognition of his contributions to the company's success which included the discovery of "The Ring of Fire" McFauld's Lake area, north eastern Ontario. In 2010 Mr. Nemis was a co-recipient of the Bill Dennis Award for a Canadian discovery for prospecting success by the Prospectors and Developers Association at its annual convention held in Toronto, Ontario. Over a forty year span, Mr. Nemis is and has been associated with numerous resource companies.

Gordon McKinnon
Mr. McKinnon graduated with an Honours Bachelor degree in Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario in 2006. He currently serves as President, CEO and a Director of Canadian Orebodies Inc., a principal of McKinnon Prospecting Ltd., a private exploration company, a director of Mill City Gold Corporation, and as a director of PhosCan Chemical Corporation, a bankable-feasibility stage phosphate company. Mr. McKinnon has been exposed to all aspects of the exploration and mining and mining business which has prepared him for his career in the industry. Prior to joining Canadian Orebodies in 2008, Mr. McKinnon served as Manager of Corporate Development with Baltic Resources Inc.

Jacob McKinnon
Mr. McKinnon, over the past 6 years, has been exposed to all levels of the mining industry, which has given him the necessary experience to take on the role as a director of the Company. He is currently the VP of Operations for three TSX Venture Exchange listed companies: MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd., Red Pine Exploration Inc. and Honey Badger Exploration Inc. He has been involved with all of the exploration conducted in the James Bay Lowlands under the joint venture of MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. and Hawk. He continues to work with the day to day operations relating to current and proposed future exploration with MacDonald Mines.
