SUDBURY, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 28, 2009) - Rockcliff Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RCR) (Tier 1) is pleased to announce that Timothy Campbell has been appointed an independent director and member of the Audit Committee of the Company, subject to regulatory approval.

Mr. Campbell has provided corporate finance, regulatory compliance and other management services to junior issuers since 1995 and as a result will be a valuable addition to the Company.

Rockcliff Resources Inc. is a Canadian resource exploration company focused on the Snow Lake VMS Project located in central Manitoba. The project totals in excess of 1,200 km2 and is located within the prolific Flin Flon greenstone belt. The project presently includes five historical VMS deposits (Lon, Rail, Reed, Kof, Sylvia), the R1 VMS Zone and numerous additional areas with potential for VMS and nickel mineralization. Rockcliff also controls the Shihan VMS Project located in Northern Ontario.
