To: The Board Members

I have thought about these two guys and all I can come up with is:

a) graphite is a normal finding in these areas around Timmins and I think you have to drill 'a lot' to find anything of true consequence -so -

graphite is a normal finding - not abnormal.

b) these guys MUST be short the stock.

Period.

I'm done.

Will not re-comment on these guys ever again.

The ARE SHORT.
