Anastasios (Tom) Drivas

President and Director

With over 30 years experience in property acquisition, development and brokering, and 15 years specifically in the mining sector, Mr. Drivas has consistently been able to assemble the right teams for exciting projects with real potential. Tom is a business entrepreneur with many years experience in various industries. He is also the President and major shareholder of Appia Energy Corp., a private uranium exploration company with interests in Elliot Lake, Ontario.

Michael D'Amico, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Michael D'Amico holds a B.Com from McMaster University and is a Chartered Accountant. He is a former partner at KPMG and has served as Chief Financial Officer of several companies in various industries including distribution, technology and a publicly traded technology company. Most recently he has been providing Investor Relations and other consulting services to publicly traded mining companies.

Thomas Skimming, P.Eng.

Geologist, V.P. Exploration & Director

Mr. Skimming, P.Eng., is a professional geologist with over 40 years experience in the mineral resources industry and has served as an officer and/or director of a number of exploration and mining companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Since 1972, Mr. Skimming has represented private and public mineral resource companies as an exploration and mining consultant and in this capacity, has traveled extensively throughout Canada, United States, Argentina, Russia, Chile, Philippines, Brazil, Panama, Guatemala, Nicaragua and a number of countries in Eastern Europe on various exploration assignments. Mr. Skimming has been instrumental in the discovery and/or development of several mineral deposits which include: the Cullaton Lake, Shear Lake and Heninga Lake gold and base metal deposits in the former Northwest Territories of Canada; the world-class, Teck-Corona gold orebody at Hemlo, Ontario and the large Golden Reward, heap-leach, gold deposit in the state of South Dakota, U.S.A. Mr. Skimming obtained a B.Sc. degree from the University of Michigan and was enrolled in post graduate studies in mineral exploration at McGill University. Mr. Skimming has been a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario since 1971.

Brian E. Robertson

Director

Mr. Roberston's areas of expertise are wide ranging and include executive management, exploration, mine development and operations, evaluation of businesses and performing due diligence related to projects, mergers, acquisitions and financing. Mr. Robertson has served as President of Victory Nickel, Nuinsco Resources and Yukon Gold, and is currently a Director of Patricia Mining Corp. He has extensive experience in gold mining operations in both North America and elsewhere. This experience includes 21 years with Placer Dome Inc. directing mining operations and development in Canada and South Africa, as well as 7 years at Royal Oak's mines in British Columbia and Newfoundland.
Mr. Robertson graduated from the University of Alaska with a Bachelor of Science, Mining Engineering. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Laurentian University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario and a member of the CIM.

Garth Kirkham, P.Geoph.

Director

Mr. Kirkham, who has 27 years of experience, is the principal of Kirkham Geosystems that specializes in 3D computer modeling and resource/reserve estimations at the preliminary assessment, pre-feasibility and feasibility study stages of mining projects.

Mr. Kirkham obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Alberta in 1983. He became a Professional Geophysicist with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA) in 1987, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists (NAPEGG), the Association of Engineers and Geoscientists of BC (APEGBC) in 2005 and the Association of Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO) in 2011. He is also a member of GAC (Geological Association of Canada), CIM (Canadian Institute of Mining), AMEBC (Association of Mineral Exploration of BC) and PDAC (Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada). In addition, he is a Councilor for APEGBC, is the Chair of both the Geological Society and Best Practices Committee for CIM, and Chair of the Securities Committee for Geoscientist Canada.

Along with being on the Board of Directors of Romios Gold Resources, Mr. Kirkham is also a member of the Board of Directors for Kaminak Gold Corp., Kivalliq Energy Corp., Lomiko Metals Inc., Sierra Madre Gold Corp. and is a member of the technical advisory board for North American Tungsten. In addition, Mr. Kirkham was the 2007 Chair of the Geologic Association of Canada, Mineral Deposits Division. He was also awarded the Barlow Memorial Metal by the Canadian Institute of Mining and the Award of Merit by the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Association of Professional Engineers Geologists and Geophysicists.

Antonio de Quadros, Ph.D., Geology

Director

In 1964, Mr. de Quadros received his B.Sc. in Geology and Chemistry at the University of London, England, and in 1968, his M.S. in Geology at the University of California, Los Angeles. In 1972, Mr. de Quadros received his Ph.D. at the University of Nairobi, Kenya. Since then, he has worked as a geologist in B.C., Ontario, Yukon and NWT, as well as in USA and South America. Mr. de Quadros is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of British Columbia and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario.

John (Jack) F. McQuat, P.Eng.

Director

Mr. McOuat has broad experience in all aspects of mining. He has planned and supervised field programs, engineering investigations and feasibility studies all over the world. He has been consulted by a number of governments and many private sector companies.

Jack McOuat was one of the founding partners of the WGM Group, and acted as Executive Engineer for many of WGM's projects. Jack recently served as Chairman and Director of Watts, Griffis and McOuat Limited. Mr. McOuat currently sits on the Boards of Sentry Select Primary Metals Corp, NCE Flowthrough and Canadian Income Management Inc. He is currently a director of Royal Ontario Museum and Chair of the Heritage Governors at the ROM. Mr McOuat is also a director of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame.

Mr. McOuat served many years as a Board member of Franco Nevada Corp., Cominco Ltd. (sinced merged with Teck Resources) and Diamond Fields Resources Inc. at the time of the Voisey's Bay discovery. He has authored numerous articles and publications and served on numerous industry and engineering organizations. Mr. McOuat has also received an Honorary Doctorate from the Technical University of Nova Scotia.

William Johnstone LL.B.

Legal Counsel & Director

Mr. Johnstone is a partner of Gardiner Roberts LLP. Mr. Johnstone attended the University of Toronto from 1977 to 1979 and then enrolled at Osgoode Hall Law School where he received his LL.B in 1982. He articled with the Law Department of Canadian Pacific and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1984. Mr. Johnstone worked for two (2) Bay Street firms (E.L. Stone & Associates from 1984-1986 and Erikson & Associates from 1986-1992) and for a period of six (6) years practiced predominantly in the areas of Corporate/Commercial and Securities Law before establishing his own Corporate Securities practice in 1992. In 2005, he joined Gardiner Roberts LLP as a partner.

Frank van de Water

Director & Chair of Audit Committee of the Board

Mr. van de Water holds a B.Comm. from Concordia University, Montreal, and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has had a forty year career in financial roles with a variety of companies including a multinational mining, metal processing and metal trading company and extensive experience with mining companies operating in Canada, Africa and Europe, all listed on the TSX, TSXV or LSE. He has held the positions of Controller, VP Finance, CFO and President at various times, and was the Finance Director of a large metal dealer on the London Metal Exchange. Mr. van de Water has been the Chief Financial Officer of Zaruma Resources Inc. since July, 2002.
