I really don't know,,,my main concern is environmental and permits,,but they did say they have a mini mill on site. He also said he was going to have a AMEX listing in 2008,,but share price would have to be much higher for that. It's only traded for 30 days,,,,had a good week,,,then fell in price because the old issue had over 7 billion shares,,,,they did a reverse split. 1 new for 200 old. Old share holders thought they had nothing but when it traded up .25 cents, they started dumping. The old issue was a dot com that crashed.

 Only have 35 million shares issued and float of 16 million. Many shares are restricted for 2 years. These are the shares that were issued for past due credit issues under reorganization before the new company(1 for 200 reverse)

 It's extremely speculative,,,,but looks good to me,,,worth the risk
