Mr. Davidson is a resource development professional with more than a decade of continued experience in moving quality projects from greenfield exploration to production across multiple commodity types. As a founder of Royal Helium, Mr. Davidson is one of the most experienced helium exploration company executives in Canada.
A graduate of the University of Calgary (BComm), Mr. Davidson is a Chartered Professional Accountant with Certification in both Saskatchewan and Alberta. Mr. Davidson has extensive experience in the financial management and capital structuring aspects of companies in the junior resource markets in Canada. Mr. Davidson currently sits as a director for a number of junior natural resource exploration and production companies.
Mr. Shayne Neigum, B.Sc. Honours,
Chief Operating Officer
Shayne Neigum holds a B.Sc. Honours in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan. Having spent his entire career in the Saskatchewan oil and gas industry, Mr. Neigum has extensive experience in deep-hole drilling, land evaluation, geological mapping, formation modelling and reserves analysis. He also has a well-developed understanding of all operations management on a drill site and a strong technical background of upstream, midstream, and downstream aspects of the industry.

Mr. Sheppard is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan (BComm) and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). Mr. Sheppard has worked in the Canadian junior resource industry for the last 9 years and has an in-depth understanding of the junior natural resource markets with particular expertise in the areas of taxation and financial reporting.

A professional geoscientist registered in the Canadian provinces of Saskatchewan and Manitoba, Steve is past-President of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan and is an Honorary Fellow of Engineers Canada and a Fellow of Geoscientists Canada.
Specific to Royal Helium, Steve prepared the first Technical Report on the Company properties and provided technical advisement to the management team through August 2017. He has returned to actively assist the execution of exploration strategies and lead Royal towards production.
Steve has been active in the Saskatchewan resource sector both as a consultant and as a business co- founder, and is presently CEO of Buffalo Potash Corp.
VP Corporate Development
Mr. Nawata has been part of Royal Helium for 3 years, providing project evaluation, business model development, corporate structuring and financial modeling and has spent the last nine years as a consultant with 49 North Resources. He is past president and CEO of Kapuskasing Gold and has sat on the boards of several public companies. He has over 30 years of public market experience, nine of which he spent as a licensed stockbroker focusing on financing of junior mining and oil/gas projects with Nesbitt Burns, Research Capital Corporation, and Raymond James.
Tom MacNeill, CGA, CFA
Mr. MacNeill is the Founder, President and CEO of 49 North Resources Inc., a Canadian resource investment company headquartered in the Province of Saskatchewan.
A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan (Economics) Mr. MacNeill is also a Certified General Accountant (CGA) and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Mr. MacNeill’s extensive knowledge of Canadian capital markets has been gained through experience as a Management Accountant within the mining industry, Investment Advisor with a major Canadian brokerage firm and Chief Financial Officer of a Canadian Trust corporation. Mr. MacNeill has been involved in the junior natural resource markets and a successful developer of natural resource properties and companies for more than 30 years.
John Pringle is a partner in the Saskatoon office of McKercher LLP practicing in the areas of securities law, natural resources law and corporate commercial law with a focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and natural resources. Mr. Pringle’s experience includes acting as counsel to issuers in more than ten initial public offerings as well as several notable mergers, acquisitions, take-overs and sales.

Axiom Group is a Saskatchewan based consulting firm which specializes in geological consulting, and providing environmental, geomatics, and unmanned aerial vehicle (‘UAV’) services to the mining and exploration sectors of the natural resources industries.
Axiom’s team has vast experience with the exploration for oil & gas, helium, base metals, and precious metals than spans 15 countries and six continents. Through recent years, their team has used their extensive experience and understanding of geological, structural and geophysical parameters to create integrated targets in Southern Saskatchewan for helium exploration and development.
Axiom Group has successfully consulted on numerous exploration, development & mining projects worldwide, with successful execution of greenfields exploration, significant new resource discovery, detailed resource definition drilling, pre-feasibility studies, environmental reclamation, supervision of open pit and underground mining, and grade control.
Mr. Laberge has had a long and distinguished career in the junior resource sector, focusing on management, investor relations and financing. Mr. Laberge is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gespeg Resources Ltd., and an independent director of Omineca Mining and Metals Ltd.

Mr. Engdahl has over 30 years of corporate, banking and capital markets experience, holding senior executive positions and board positions with several stock exchange listed junior resource companies. Mr. Engdahl has also sat on the boards of various trade and economic advisory committees in Saskatchewan: Enterprise Saskatchewan Mining Group Committee, an economic advisory group to the government of Saskatchewan; Chair, Audit Committee of the Board of Saskatchewan Trade & Export Partnership.
R. Campbell Becher
Mr. Becher joined Haywood Securities Inc. in 2016 as a Managing Director focused on Special Situations. He has been actively involved in the investment industry since 1993. Mr. Becher spent eight years in retail at RBC Dominion and BMO Nesbitt Burns before pursuing merchant banking for six years with Bearbeech Capital and Becher McMahon. From 2008-2014, he served as President & CEO of Byron Capital Markets Ltd. (“Byron Capital”), an investment bank headquartered in Toronto with offices in Montreal and Vancouver.
Dr. Robert R. Stewart
Dr. Stewart is a professor of Geophysics at the University of Houston, where he holds the Cullen Chain in Exploration Geophysics and is also the Director of the Allied Geophysical Laboratories. Dr. Stewart holds a B.Sc. in math and physics from the University of Toronto and a Ph.D. in geophysics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology ("MIT"). Prior to the University of Houston, Dr. Stewart held various roles with Chevron's Oil Field Research Lab, ARCO and Veritas Software.
John Styles, P.Eng., FEC

John Styles has over 40 years of experience in the resource industry. He has founded, as well as served on the boards of several public companies, including Reece Energy from 2007 through to its acquisition by Penn West in 2009. John is a co-founder and CEO of Invictus Minerals Corporation which was bought out by Potash One (now K+S Canada) in 2008. John is the co-founder and Executive Chair of the board of the Edge group of companies, which includes a Regina-based engineering and geological consulting firm, Edge Engineering and Geoscience Ltd., an oilfield abandonment and reclamation specialty contractor (Edge Liability Risk Management), and an operating junior oil company with producing assets and staff located across western Canada (Edge LRM Operations Ltd.).
