The resource is there 8 to 10 million onces of gold but like pimed24 said about half the production goes to the Venezuelan govt. at a fixed price .

They had a litigous situation with GRZ don't think it's resolved but not sure , you can look there as well .

Owners are Russian and they are close to the govt.

IMO SP should easily go up to about 0.40 under reasonable circumstances , but any political upheavel from within or from the outside could hurt .
