SRA Withdraws Sinking Fund

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 27, 2008) - Strategic Resource Acquisition Corporation ("SRA") (TSX:SRZ)(TSX:SRZ.NT)(TSX:SRZ.NT.A), pursuant to the provisions available in the First Supplemental Trust Indenture governing the Series I notes, has withdrawn approximately $1.9 million held in the sinking fund to be used for working capital to allow adequate time and resources to complete its debt restructuring.
