Victor P. Wyprysky

Mr. Wyprysky is the Founder of SRA. He identified the company’s first project, the Gordonsville Zn mine in Tennessee. He led the acquisition and financing and coordinated the development team that brought the project into production within 14 months of acquisition. He arranged approximately $200 million of development financing and also negotiated key smelter contracts as well as preliminary by product agreements on the Germanium and Gallium by products of the mine. The mine was subsequently sold as part of a comprehensive debt restructuring to a smelter group. Mr. Wyprysky has a career of over 25 years as a senior partner in major Canadian investment banks and brings extensive knowledge of global financial markets and resource financing to the acquisition and financing of development activities of SRA.

Terence E. Chandler, P. Geo

Executive Vice President

Mr. Chandler brings 35 years of exploration and development experience in the Americas, Africa and Europe to SRA, particularly in polymetallic VMS and gold deposits. His Canadian experience includes the exploration, feasibility evaluation and development of remote northern deposits including in Nunavut and Northern British Columbia. Mr. Chandler managed the exploration and feasibility evaluation of the George Lake and Goose Lake gold projects in Western Nunavut while with Homestake. Later with Redcorp he worked closely with aboriginal communities and successfully obtained environmental assessment approvals in complex multi-jurisdictional processes at the Tulsequah Chief Mine project in northwest British Columbia. Mr. Chandler, as CEO of Redcorp Ventures Ltd., arranged over $250 million in project development financing and a further $125 million in contingent capital facilities for the development of the Tulsequah Chief Mine.

Hugh H. Turnbull
Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit and Compensation Committees

Mr. Turnbull is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and founder of The Hathaway Corporation (“Hathaway”), a Canadian financial advisory firm that provides its corporate clients with advice on valuations, mergers and acquisitions and private placements of securities. Prior to founding Hathaway in 1989, Mr. Turnbull was a Senior Vice President and Director of the Corporate Finance Department of Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. from 1984 to 1989.

For the 25 year period prior thereto, Mr. Turnbull held various positions with Pitfield Mackay Ross Limited, latterly as Head of the Investment Banking Division and was also a member of the firm's executive committee. Mr. Turnbull has performed numerous valuation, fairness opinion and merger and acquisition assignments for a wide range of Canadian and international corporations. He has given expert testimony on regulatory and securities matters before various utility boards and federal courts in the provinces of British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland as well as hearings before the Ontario Securities Commission.

Patrick J. Raleigh, P. Eng

Pat Raleigh was formerly Chief Engineer with Falconbridge. At Falconbridge he managed the Raglan Mines development in Ungava Quebec requiring the detailed study of many proposals and plans to overcome the special problems recognized as being incorporated in the multifaceted requirements of the now very successful long life operation. As the Chief Engineer, Pat was an active member of the development team that allowed the project to be brought on line as a great success.

The problems solved were and are a sound basis for planning the development of other Arctic mining operations. Pat was also a key member of the operation of Giant Yellowknife Mines and their subsidiaries which was developed with success in the Northwest Territories.

Peter N. Calder, PHD, P. Eng
Independent Director and Member of the Audit and Compensation Committees

Peter Calder was Mine Superintendent with the Iron Ore Company of Canada at the Carol Lake project in Labrador in the mid 1960’s. From 1977 to 2007 he was at Queen’s University, Department of Mining Engineering, Canada’s largest Mining School; from 1980 to 1990 he was Head of the Department. He has extensive experience as a consultant in the areas of blasting, rock mechanics, equipment selection, mine design and project valuation. He has been involved in major research and consulting projects with numerous clients, including the Iron Ore Company of Canada, INCO, Falconbridge, Barrick Gold, Quebec Cartier Mining, Algoma Steel, JCI and CODELCO.

Director of Redcorp – Empeendimentos Mineiros Unipessoal, Lda and Strategic Resource Acquisition Portugal, Lda.

Graduated from Minho University in 1995, as a Civil Engineer. He is also general manager of Terra Plus, Lda, a company dedicated to environmental impact studies, quarry and mine remediation and specialized drilling and blasting in very sensitive areas. Terra Plus is also engaged in studies related to geotechnical drilling for dams and roads.
