I think that management WILL be doing things to help the AGM go smoothly, so creating the right plays to make things look as positive as possible is something we can all expect.  That is why I wonder what is all involved in this PP timing and detail. 

I don't think management is worried about being voted out.  Between company friendlies (e.g G&C) and all the shares that Hugh, Dale and other insiders own, it would be hard to imagine things going that badly for them even before this PP.   Overall, there have been disappointments with timing, dates not met, etc., but the overall direction is forward.  So I don't see that there would be enough discontent to even warrant a non-confidence vote or movement.   JMHO
