12:28 PM EDT, 04/06/2018 (MT Newswires) -- Saturn Oil & Gas (SMI.V) said Friday two horizontal wells drilled into a western Saskatchewan oil field pumped out 91.2 and 59.7 barrels per day over their first 30 days of production.
The company, which also said it has arranged a $2.75 million loan facility in exchange for 859,375 share purchase warrants, said it also drilled an additional horizontal well in the area west of the town of Kindersley in March and will it will release initial production data when available.
Saturn said two other existing wells drilled in December are now producing 95.9 and 86 barrels per day.
The company's shares were unchanged at $0.15 at last look on the TSX Venture Exchange. The shares have climbed 88% over the past 12 months.
