Caveman there are humungous rules around Flow Through Shares and how it is to be spent. Basically it all has to go into the ground with a very limited amount for management fees. If you go back into the financials for Shoreham you will find that they raised flow through money several years ago and when the company moved to Langley it was discovered that those funds were not allocated properly which cost the company dearly in unpaid taxes.

It is my belief that this flow through was raised to pay for the split that the company wants to do and they cannot do that. If they do then CRA will come a knocking one more time and if they do I would not want to be the CFO answering the questions.

But Dundee was in there buying yesterday and until they start selling I will sit tight.
