Exposing the Qs is one thing, attacking the company in hopes of driving it out of business so he can take over is another.

I agree and I told him that. He felt the Qs would not step down, and instead they would continue to lie and deceive the shareholders while diluting us to death and cashing out from their offshore accounts. And because of the pressure from the courts( foreclosure), eventually the Mill would be lost. So he saw an opportunity to take over the Mill with Earll and get rich.

My guess is Earll will be coming back to SFMI and we'll all live happily ever after....WATCH!
