11:59 AM EST, 02/27/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Silver Standard (SSO.TO) rose in recent trade after BMO Capital reiterated its outperform rating and target price of $11.50.

BMO said Silver Standard is all about one catalyst: Chinchillas. The go/no-go decision is expected by Q1 2017. The company's balance sheet and free cash flow generation is strong.

BMO raised its EPS forecasts to $0.82 for 2016 and to $0.42 for 2017.
