Steel Fury: Kharkov 1942

I just canʼt get enough of these World War II games, and Iʼm sure you canʼt either. If thatʼs the case youʼre going to love Steel Fury: Kharkov 1942. The strategy game is based on actual events that took place from May 12 to 28, 1942. You will find yourself in the shoes of the Soviets as the Nazis are attempting to conquer. You wonʼt give in without a fight though!

Tanks are heavily utilized in this game. Three drivable tanks are included which are the German Pzkw IV, Matilda, and the T-34/76. These tanks have divisional markings, periscopes and they spew diesel smoke faster than a big rig. The battle station inside is also very intricate.

The graphics of this game would make any game developer envious. Lighthouse Interactive really knocked it out of the park in terms of the visuals. The lighting and dust effects are top notch. Your tank is also a great sound effect. They are exactly what you would expect to here from a tank.

The player is able to take the role of any crew member throughout the game. Driving the tank requires some skill and you will need to be able to function the gear shift. If this is not for you, an automatic is also available.

If war games interest you, this is one youʼre not going to want to pass by. As I stated before it includes some great graphics and magnificent tank play. For £22.50 Steel Fury: Kharkov 1942 is a great buy!
