TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 17, 2012) - Silvore Fox Minerals Corp. (the "Corporation")(TSX VENTURE:SFX) announce changes to management of the Corporation. Effective September 17, 2012, Harry J. Cabrita has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation to pursue other business opportunities; however continues his position as a Director of the Corporation. Dr. Wenshan Zhang, Chairman of SFX board of directors, has been appointed, on an interim basis, as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation to fill the vacancy resulting from the resignation of Mr. Cabrita.

As CEO of Silvore Fox Harry Cabrita signed a cooperation agreement in 2010 with global mining entity Beijing Donia Resources Co Ltd (Beijing Donia), who have since become the single largest shareholder in SFX with over 36% ownership. That strategic partnership has allowed SFX to evolve from a corporation whose business interests were exclusively in the province of Nova Scotia to an international corporation that currently has interests in Ontario, Chile, and Nova Scotia.
