02:50 PM EDT, 09/10/2020 (MT Newswires) -- Slam Exploration (SXL.V) was steady after the company on Thursday said agreed to acquire the Patapedia copper, silver and gold property in New Brunswick in an option deal with an undisclosed buyer for staged payments totalling C$20,000 and 0.3 million shares over four years.

The company said the 10,460 hectare property holds three exploration areas identified by the New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources.

Slam did not say when it will begin exploration at the property.

The company's shares were last seen unchanged at C$0.13 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
