SONOMAX REPORTS 2012 RESULTS

Sonomax Technologies Inc. today disclosed its results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2012.

2012 highlights were:

Increase in net revenue to $842,538 in 2012, from $656,574 in 2011;
Increase in operating expenses to $5,372,220 in 2012, compared with $5,191,081 in 2011;
Gross loss was $669,386 in 2012, compared with $230,090 in 2011.
