Does anybody know much about Sphere Resources ?

I've been tracking this company for a few months but still don't really know the deal with Duncan Park & Global Minerals. Was the option sold to Duncan with a 2% royalty executed to raise capital to buy the 30% interest in CanAustra holdings -basically 2 properties in Argentina ?
