-At the Dome Property at the Red Lake District

Sphere Resources is pleased to announce that the conditions with respect to the Dome property option agreement in respect to 13 unpatented mining claims covering 34 units in the Dome, Byshe and Hyeson Townships in Ontario's Red Lake Gold District ( the Property) with Duncan Park Holdings Corporation (NEX DPH.H) referred to in the News Release dated March 11, 2010 have been satisfied.
