I know Neil Novak is presently immersed in the Noront-Rosseau proxy fight, but I thought of something this morning which must be followed up later on.

Neil has made it quite clear in the past that he is not interested in having Agoracom market Spider Resources. Ironically, it is through the power of the Internet and the Agoracom NOT forum that the proxy fight by the retail investor is being taken to Rosseau Asset Management using the Agoracom Internet platform.

Hedge Funds - unless they are crippled by this savage downturn in the markets - will take another run at the ROF in 2009, and possibly Spider Resources.

Hopefully Neil is becoming abundantly aware of the power of the Internet and Agoracom. He may need to understand this in the future, and use the good faith of the retail investor to kill any such future takeover actions.
