Process is now in step 8 of a 11 step process. Cliffs/SPQ offered the sum of .19 with their pathetic reasoning of such a magnanimous sum and the dissenters had 30 days to accept. If not, next step, Company has 20 days to apply to the Court for action, if they do not, dissenters can apply to the Court for a just price. Whole process will take everyone into early next year. Do you think, if it goes this far, Cliffs "will let it ride"? I don't think so, especially with the 2 valuations released by KWG on June 30th. Lots of interest in the ROF and I would venture to say, a much better price than .19 will be secured by all dissenters. rj
