Why is the FORMER ceo referring to dissident shareholders  only? They account for 5% of the total float, roughly 20 million shares. Can someone open his eyes to the fact that an additional 300+ shares were also voted against him?  These are not dissent shareholders. This represents a majority. Hopefully the judge can enlighten him to this fact.
