Mr. Bhatti played a key roll in guiding Star through the COVID-19 pandemic and having the Company reinstated on the Canadian Stock Exchange. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Bhatti for his efforts as CEO and wishes him much success in the future.

The Company has appointed Mr. Anoop Brar, MBA, P.Eng, PMP as the new Interim CEO.

Mr. Brar has served on Star's Board of Directors for several years and has played a significant role in Star's turnaround for over two years. Mr. Brar brings his experience as an Engineer, Digital Transformation Consultant, Entrepreneur and Corporate Strategist to implement the Company's strategic and tactical agenda's by focusing on marketing, innovation and sales.
