I have 2 thoughts about why..

My first scenerio is as you say.. to shift focus from the PhaseIIb on to MS.(this I doubt is the reason IMO)

My other scenerio is they are alerting investors in a very subtle way and setting the stage for more good news to try their absolute best to get those .50 cent warrants exercised by the end of the month! Its going to take a lot of work now but is still very possible.
