With Premier Oil today purchasing all of Oilexco's shares in ONSL this means that Premier Oil will take over ONSL's interest in the Shelly field. With Sterling as the operator of the field at present, and the Sevan Voyager sitting at Shelly sight waiting to be connected to the field to commence production hopefully there will be news in April that Premier Oil and Sterling will commence production from the Shelly field which will give Sterling cash flow to drill up other projects.
