Terry L. Tucker
Position: President, CEO and Director

Mr. Tucker is a geology graduate of the University of Alberta (B.Sc. Specialization, 1989) and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Previously, Mr. Tucker was Vice President of Exploration for Expatriate Resources Ltd. (now Yukon Zinc Corporation), President and CEO of Nickelodeon Minerals Inc. (1997-2000) and Project Geologist for Westmin Resources Ltd. (1992-1997).



Roman Friedrich III
Position: Executive Chairman

Mr. Friedrich holds a B.A. from Rutgers University and attended business school at New York University. Mr. Friedrich is on the Board of Directors of StrataGold Corporation, Gateway Gold Corp., GFM Resources Ltd., and is Chairman of Dreman Claymore Dividend and Income Fund, a NYSE listed closed end mutual fund. Mr. Friedrich is also President of GFM Resources Ltd. Mr. Friedrich is an independent Director of a family of closed end mutual funds and ETFs managed by Claymore Investments Inc.

Prior to establishing Roman Friedrich & Company, Mr. Friedrich was the Managing Director at TD Securities responsible for its global mining M&A business. Early in his career he spent ten years at the Chase Manhattan Bank where among other positions he was Vice President for Latin America, President of Chase Manhattan Canada Limited, and Managing Director responsible for North American investment banking. From 1979 to April 1991 he was a partner at Burns Fry, a Managing Director at First Chicago and a partner at Wood Gundy. In 1991 he was a founding partner of the New York office of Lancaster Financial Corporation (a firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions). TD Securities, a subsidiary of Toronto Dominion Bank, acquired Lancaster in 1994.



Sharon E. Dowdall
Position: Director

Ms. Dowdall is a graduate of the University of Calgary (B.A., Honours Economics, 1974) and Osgoode Hall, York University (LL.B., 1977). She is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, Franco-Nevada Corporation and until December, 2007 was the Vice President and Secretary of Newmont Mining Corporation of Canada Limited ("NMC") and Newmont Capital Limited, each subsidiaries of Newmont Mining Corporation. She is also a director of Olivut Resources Ltd. Prior to joining Franco-Nevada the predecessor of NMC in 1999, Ms. Dowdall spent 16 years as a Partner at Smith Lyons practicing in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions and natural resources assisting large and small mining companies, and individuals, as well as investment bankers, equity investors and lenders to the industry. Prior to Smith Lyons, Ms. Dowdall spent 5 years as Counsel in the Legal Department of Rio Algom Limited, a mining industrial company with interests at the time in uranium, copper, tin, specialty and stainless steel manufacturing and warehousing.



James Ladner
Position: Director

Mr. Ladner is a graduate of the University of St. Gall, Switzerland (1964) and is a self-employed financial consultant in Zurich. Mr. Ladner was the Managing Director of RP&C Inc. (Zurich 1992-2000) and served as the non-executive Chairman of Bank Austria (Switzerland) Ltd. (1992-2001) and Executive Vice President of Coutts Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. (1975-1992). He is a director of F. van Lanschot Bankiers (Switzerland) Ltd. (1996-present), Alpine Asset Management AG (2004-present), Equator Exploration Ltd. (2001-present), Global Nickel plc (2004-present), Colombia Gold AG (2004-present) and Pan Pacific Aggregates plc (2004-present).



Leendert G. Krol
Position: Director

Mr. Krol is an independent consultant with 40 years of diversified experience in the mining industry, including more than 20 years of diamond exploration with De Beers, Anaconda and Dow Chemicals, followed by 15 years in the gold mining industry for Newmont Mining Corporation. Mr. Krol has been responsible for exploration projects in Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa, Botswana, Angola and Guinea in Africa, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Brazil, Guyana, and Paraguay in South America, Mexico, Canada and USA in North America, Indonesia in Asia and Kazakstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan in Central Asia. In addition to exploration, 4 years were spent with Newmont operations in Nevada with positions in investor and public relations, metallurgical services including assay- and metallurgical laboratories and carbon handling and refinery. The last 9 years with Newmont Mr. Krol was responsible for all international exploration initially as director and between 1994 and 2001 as Vice President. Since his retirement from Newmont Mr. Krol joined the Board of Directors of Romarco Minerals, Inc and Brazauro Resources



Peter Rowlandson
Position: Director

Mr. Rowlandson is a graduate of Haileybury School of Mines, Ontario (Mining Technology, 1968) and the South Dakota School of Mines, Rapid City, South Dakota (B.Sc. Mining Engineering, 1971). He has worked as a consultant since January 2003 and worked as a General Manager (December 1996 to December 2002) and Mine Manager (March 1990 to December 1996) for Williams Operating Corporation. He was also the General Manager of a joint venture between Teck Cominco Metals Ltd. and Barrick Gold Corporation with respect to the Hemlo, Williams and David Bell Mines from December 1996 to December 2002.



David Thompson
Position: Director

Annikki Puusaari

Mark Ayranto
Position: Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. Ayranto is a graduate of Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia (B.Sc. Marine Biology 1996) and Royal Roads University, British Columbia (MBA 2006). He is a Certified Management Consultant through the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and a Registered Professional Biologist with the College of Applied Biology of British Columbia. Mr. Ayranto has project management experience internationally and in Canada and has worked extensively in culturally diverse environments.



Vanessa Pickering
Position: Manager, Investor Communications

Ms. Pickering has worked for 3 years in the mining industry with StrataGold Corporation. Her diploma from Thunder Bay's Confederation College in Film Production and 4 years experience in the Toronto film community as a Producer's Assistant and Production Assistant helped develop her keen communication and interpersonal skills. Ms. Pickering started with StrataGold in early 2004 moving her way from an Executive Assistant to Investor Relations and then to the Management position she currently holds.



Dr. Bill Keats
Position: Senior Geologist, South America

Dr Keats is a geologist, a graduate of Cambridge University (B.A. Hons, 1970) and Camborne School of Mines (Ph.D., 1981). He has had varied career experience in South America (including 14 years experience within the Guiana Shield), Asia, Australia and Canada, working with various government mining and survey departments and in the Canadian and Australian exploration industries with both major and junior exploration companies and as an independent consultant.



Kevin Piepgrass
Position: Senior Geologist, North America

Mr Piepgrass graduated with a BSc. from the University of Alberta with Specialization in Geology (2005). He worked for BHP Billiton Diamonds Inc. in the EKATI diamond mine before joining StrataGold Corporation in late 2005. Since 2005, Mr. Piepgrass has worked on nearly all of StrataGold projects in the Yukon and Guyana; Project Geologist; Tassawini (2005-2007), Project Manager; Monosse (2007-2008). Current resource estimation training keeps him involved with all projects to help move them forward.



Shane Stevens
Position: GIS Manager

Mr. Stevens is a graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College (GIS -- Cartographic Specialist, 2004) in Lindsay, Ontario and of Selkirk College (Recreation, Fish and Wildlife Technologies, 2001) in Castlegar, British Columbia. His post graduate diploma and 4 years of GIS experience have helped him gain excellent geological mapping skills in the mining exploration industry. As GIS Manager for StrataGold Corporation he is in charge of corporate website maps, geological maps and cross sections, database creation and administration and data storage within the corporate office. Mr. Stevens joined the StrataGold team in April of 2006 as a GIS technologist and then moved into the current management role in 2007.



Tanya Tighe
Position: Manager, Health and Safety

Mrs. Tighe earned a Certificate in Health, Safety and Environmental Processes from the University of New Brunswick (CHSEP 2008) and is a Red Cross and Occupational First Aid Instructor. Mrs. Tighe has worked in the field of Occupational Health and Safety for StrataGold since 2006, drawing on 6 years of operational experience as an Emergency Medical Responder and Camp Cook in exploration programs across northern Canada.



Hugh Coyle
Position: Manager, Lands

Mr. Coyle is a graduate of the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Queensland (B.HSc. Environmental Health 2003), which helped develop his skill in the interpretation of complex legislative issues. Mr. Coyle has worked for two years in the mining industry with StrataGold Corporation, moving his way up from an Executive Assistant position to Manger, Lands.



Graham Kubale
Position: Senior Geologist, North America

Mr. Kubale is a Geology graduate of Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia (BSc. 2001). He has worked as a mining Geologist for Harmony Gold Ltd and before joining Stratagold Corporation in April 2008, worked 6 years as Project Geologist for Newmont Asia Pacific working on various Greenfield gold projects throughout Australia and Asia. He is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists and the Geological Society of Australia.



Andy Randell
Position: Geologist

Mr. Randell is a graduate of the University of Wales, College of Cardiff with a BSc Environmental Geosciences. He has worked on many and varied projects all over the world, but mainly in his native Europe, from hazard assessment on the flanks of Mount Etna to palaeontological excavations for the Senckenberg Institite in Frankfurt, Germany. He joined StrataGold in 2007 and has worked mainly on the South American properties, bringing with him his field experience as well as data and management skills. Mr. Randell retains an interest in Stratigraphy and is an active member of various research groups both in North America and Europe
