1) The company is doing very well and the economic climate although of concern has not yet affected business

2) the company is now looking to get into other verticals like the Hospital market in the US

3) The company is prepared to spend money on an awareness campaign so that it can build shareholder value by allowing its stock to trade at more reasonable levels according to a multiple of its earnings.

This is most certainly the type of news one dreams about as a shareholder. SPCK is a no brainer at .13 cents!
