I was told Health Canada were invited to inspect the facility one Dec. 5th. I have not found any company receiving an inspection within 5 months of notifying HC. I am not certain if a pre-approval license speeds up the process or not. The February court issue may affect the timeline. Bottom line, it's when, not if.
