Sustainable Energy Completes Interim Closing of Flow Through Issue

STG Markets Limited Partnership ("STG Markets") announced today that has completed an interim closing on 150 exchangeable limited partnership units ("LP Units") for gross proceeds of $1.5 million. The net proceeds of the issue will be used to provide liquidity to meet growing demand for SUNERGY inverters.
