TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue up to $60,000 in common shares of the Company ("Shares") to Nimal Rodrigo and Deborah Rodrigo (the "Officers"), two Non-Arms Length Parties, at a deemed price of share to be determined at the time of issuance (but in no even less than the Discounted Market Price). At the discretion of the Company, a portion of the Officer's salaries are to be satisfied through the issuance of Shares until the Company becomes cash flow positive.



The Company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
