Talisman granted well 2/1-13 S drilling permit

STAVANGER -- The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD) has granted Talisman Energy Norge AS a drilling permit for well 2/1-13 S in the North Sea. The program for wellbore 2/1-13 S includes drilling of a wildcat well using the rig Mærsk Guardian.
