My opinion is that Kinross has already agreed upon a number for a takeover, and they are holding off until the drill results remain public to do so.

As John R said himself, he is not interested in selling out until this year's drill program has been completed.... his shareholders would kill him.

ie: Keep the stock pinned at .20 cents and a .50 cent takeover looks like an amazing job by management. Let the stock run to .35 and get taken out at .50, management looks like a sell-out.

There is no way that resource estimate slated for the fall will ever be released... "Surprise, we have 2.5 MIL ounces not 500,000!!" That would increase the buyout price of the company by a large degree.

Given the uncertainity of the markets, and the certainity of this property as a takeover target, I would say this stock is the biggest no-brainer on the Venture at present given the risk vs, reward factor.
