Philip Olson, M.Sc., P.Geo. - Chairman, CEO & Director

Mr. Olson has over 30 years of mineral exploration and mine geology experience. He served as Vice-President, Exploration and Corporate Development for Claude Resources Inc. (TSX: CRJ) for eight years prior to co-founding Titan. He has worked as Regional Exploration Manager for Hemlo Gold Mines Inc., Chief Geologist at Falconbridge Ltd.’s Kidd Creek, and Exploration Manager/Chief Geologist for Giant Yellowknife Mines Ltd. Mr. Olson has been a Professional Geoscientist since 1997 and holds a Masters Degree in Geology from the University of Manitoba. He is currently a Director of Pelangio Mines Inc. (TSX: PLG) and Detour Gold Corp. (TSX: DGC). He was the Co-Chair of the Saskatchewan Mineral Exploration Government Advisory Committee which developed the province’s exploration guidelines, and Director and Exploration Chairman of the Saskatchewan Mining Association.

Brian Reilly, B.Sc., M.Sc., M.B.A., P.Geo. - President and Director

Mr. Reilly brings over 25 years of exploration and mining experience to Titan. He spent eleven years working in the uranium industry with AREVA, most recently serving as Vice-President of Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Mr. Reilly started with AREVA as District Geologist in the Thelon Basin and worked as a Mine Geologist in the Athabasca Basin before advancing to the position of Director of Corporate Affairs. Mr. Reilly spent two years based in France as part of AREVA’s international business development team. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan’s MBA program, he began his career as Project Geologist with Ontario’s Ministry of Northern Development and Mines.

John Povhe, CA - Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Povhe brings an impressive background in finance and experience in the resource sector to Titan. Mr. Povhe has been employed as Controller for several companies including Mosaic Potash Colonsay Ltd., Prairie Malt Ltd., and Claude Resources Inc. (TSX: CRJ). He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, and earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 1996, articling with Ernst & Young and KPMG.

Robert Hodgkinson - Director

Mr. Hodgkinson brings over 30 years in the resources and venture capital sectors to the company. He is the Chairman, CEO and founder of Dejour Enterprises (TSX-V: DJE). He was the founder and Chairman of Optima Petroleum Corp., and CEO of Australian Oil Fields, which would later merge to become $400 million Resolute Energy/Cordero Energy Inc. (TSX: COR). Mr. Hodgkinson was also a Vice-President and Partner of Canaccord Capital Inc., and an early stage investor and original lease financier in Synenco Energy Inc.’s (TSX: SYN) Northern Lights Project, which today has 1.5 billion barrels oil in the reserve category in the Alberta Oil Sands.

Arni Johannson - Founder and Director

Mr. Johannson is the founder of Titan and brings 15 years of public market experience to the Company. In addition to Titan, Mr. Johannson was involved with the start-up of several companies including Canadian Nexus Ventures, a private investment firm where he serves as President, and Galena Capital Corp. (TSX-V: FYI) where he holds the position of Chairman and CEO. He was a co-founder of the Fortress Capital Markets Group and presently serves as a Director of Mega Uranium Ltd. (TSX: MGA).

Dr. Lloyd Clark, B.Eng. (Geo.), M.Sc., PhD - Director

Dr. Lloyd Clark has over 50 years of experience in mineral exploration and is one of the world’s foremost geologists. In addition to his numerous awards and distinctions, he has received 12 fellowships and research grants and published over 23 scientific papers. For nine years he served as Exploration Manager and Chief Geologist for Saskatchewan Mining Development Corp. (now Cameco Corp. (TSX: CCO)) where he established the Exploration Branch and oversaw a staff of up to 65 geologists. His group developed exploration techniques currently employed by numerous companies for uranium exploration and his team made the discovery of uranium at McArthur River, which is today the world's highest grade uranium mine. Dr. Clark also served as Senior Research Geologist and Head of Geochemical Research Division at Kennecott Exploration Inc., Professor of Geology and Geochemistry at McGill University and research fellow at The Carnegie Institute in Washington, D.C. Geophysical Laboratory.

David D’Onofrio, CA - Director

Mr. D’Onofrio is a Chartered Accountant who has practiced in both audit and tax roles at a big four accounting firm. His relevant experience includes financial statement audit (US & Cdn GAAP), global restructuring, and Canadian corporate tax.

Allan McNutt, M.A.Sc., P.Geo. - VP of Exploration

Mr. McNutt brings an extensive background to Titan and has over 30 years experience in the resource sector. He was Manager of Mineral Exploration for Dejour Enterprises Ltd. (TSX-V: DJE) prior to joining Titan. Mr. McNutt served as Senior Geologist and District Geologist with Rio Algom Exploration Inc. and spent seven years with Saskatchewan Mining Development Corp. (now Cameco Corp. (TSX: CCO)) as Joint Venture Geologist. He was involved in the delineation of the Dawn Lake uranium deposits and the discovery of the Cigar Lake deposit. Mr. McNutt is a "Qualified Person" as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

John Dixon, M.A., P.Geo. - Senior Geologist

Mr. Dixon has been managing significant exploration programs for gold, copper, diamonds, base metals and uranium since 1980. He has worked in Canada and abroad for companies such as Agnico-Eagle Mines Inc. (TSX: AEM), Teck Corp. (now Teck Cominco Ltd. (NYSE: TCK)), Western Pacific Mining Exploration Inc., the Kasner Group of Companies and Watts, Griffis, McQuat Ltd. Prior to joining Titan in 2006, Mr. Dixon worked for Saskatchewan Industry and Resources, Mines Branch as Exploration Incentive Geologist.

Dr. Ping Dong, Msc., PhD. - Senior Geologist

Dr. Dong brings over 20 years of experience to Titan. He formerly worked as the Senior Exploration Geologist at Claude Resources Inc. (TSX: CRJ) where he was involved in the discovery and delineation of more than five gold deposits in northern Saskatchewan. Dr. Dong began his career as a geologist with the Geological Survey of China where he specialized in geological mapping and hydrothermal deposits investigations.

Rod Koch, Bsc., P.Geo. – Geophysical Consultant

Mr. Koch has over 35 years of experience in exploration and mining and brings an extensive background in geophysics to the Titan team. Prior to his work with Titan, Mr. Koch was the Chief Geophysicist for AREVA Resources Canada Inc. He also worked for the Saskatchewan Mining Development Corp. (now Cameco Corp. (TSX: CCO)). Mr. Koch was involved in both the Shea Creek and Kiggavik uranium discoveries in the Athabasca and Thelon Basins, respectively.

Nicole Swain B.Sc. - Project Geologist

Nicole graduated in 2006 from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.Sc. in the Geosciences and Archaeology. She has worked in Saskatchewan's junior uranium exploration industry since 2005, including work on UEX Corp.’s Hidden Bay deposits in the Athabasca Basin.

Mark McLaren B.Sc. Honours - Project Geologist

Mark graduated in 2006 from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.Sc. Honours in Geology. He has been working in the junior uranium industry in Nunavut and Saskatchewan since 2005, including work on UEX Corp.’s Hidden Bay deposits in the Athabasca Basin.

Shaun O'Driscoll B.Sc. - Project Geologist

Shaun graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.Sc. in Geology in 2008. He has been working in the junior uranium industry in Nunavut and Saskatchewan since 2005, including work on several of Titan’s more advanced projects.

Christa Kernohan B.A., B.Sc. - Project Geologist

Christa graduated in 2007 from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.A. in Sociology and B.Sc. in Geology. Christa has worked in base metal exploration in Ontario, and has worked with Titan in uranium exploration in Saskatchewan since 2008.

Scott Ryan B.Sc. - Geologist

Scott graduated in 2007 from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.Sc. in Geology. Has worked as a summer student with Saskatchewan’s Ministry of Energy and Resources, and has worked with Titan in uranium exploration in Saskatchewan since 2008.

Mike Lintott, B. Tech. - GIS Specialist

Mike graduated from Algonquin College in 2004 with an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Diploma. In 2008, he graduated from BCIT with a B.Tech in Geomatics. Mike brings ten years GIS, CAD and graphics experience in oil & gas, mining & exploration, utilities and forestry industries. Mike joined Titan in February 2008 and coordinates Titan’s GIS mapping and graphics.

Kelsey Glennie B.Sc. - Exploration Technician

Kelsey graduated from the University of Calgary with a B.Sc. in Earth Science in 2007. He has worked in the oil and gas industry throughout western Canada and has worked with Titan since October 2007. Kelsey supports project geologists and does GIS mapping.
