He claimed that they are in the midst of working out a deal to get into some hard metals. This announcement is expected to be made in January 2010. He would not name any specifics beyond that. He also said that of the 3 million shares just purchased in the most recent PP, he purchased 1 million of them and that insiders own nearly 50 percent of all shares outstanding.

When i asked Arndt about this week's renewed interest and volume he had no real answer other than it appears to be some accumulation for an upcoming announcement.
