Alternative Report on SEDAR

If you go to the SEDAR website you will discover that an Alternative Report was filed on November10, 2011 by Fidelity Management which was previously the largest shareholder of Connacher oil & Gas shares up until November 2011 at which point Fidelity sold most of its large shareholding in Connacher Oil & Gas and with the proceeds, Fidelity became overnight one of the largest shareholders of Tuscany International Drilling.TheAlternative Report states the following:

4. Net increase or decrease in the number or principal amount of securities, and in the eligible institutional investor’s security holding percentage in the class of securities, since the last report filed by the eligible institutional investor under the early warning requirements:

Since Fidelity’s last report filed on August 10, 2011, Fidelity’s holdings have increased by 3,459,700 Common Shares of Tuscany International Drilling Inc. This represents a net increase of 0.99% of the outstanding Common Shares.

5. Designation and number or principal amount of securities and the eligible institutional investor’s security holding percentage in the class of securities at the end of the month for which the report is made:
