Just wondering if you are located somewhere in Tweed, near that chocolate factory.

Anyway, I am trying to have a stab at TWD valuation, perhaps you want to join in to provide some feedback.

We know that TWD has raised some ~$29M from PP before it was listed for trading at the TSE-Venture.

- Seed money: ~$29M

- Total # of shares: ~34M

- SP: based on cash value, is some $0.89/s (all numbers here are approximate)

- Shares available for trading: 65% of 34M = 23M shares

- Insiders: 35% = 11 M shares

Questions:

- Presumably the money coming from the 23M shares would go in TWD treasury? In other words, assuming all 23M shares were sold @ $3.00 (average) the take-in would be 23 x 3 = $69M, and this is on top of $29M seed money, i.e. TWD would now have 29+69 = $98M in the kitty?
