I too contacted both my brokerages Fidelity, told me that I can trade my Tyhee shares without any problems and eTrade said that I couldn trade online until the Depository Trust Company (DTC) receives the new shares (DTC is still waiting for the new Tyhee Gold Corp shares and this could take 4-6 weeks) but if I had to sell my Tyhee shares that I would have to call eTrade directly and that they would handle selling Tyhee for me via phone broker (I forgot to ask them if there was any additional charge for that).
