Message: Why does the marketplace like this fantastic news?

MTS, no where does it say that the market has to be efficient. I suspect most retail investors are just looking at the grades and widths and missing the forest because of the trees.

As per John Kaiser, the HREE's are worth about 10X more than the LREE's. The lowest percentage of HREO's is 22%. That is the high side for most other rare earth deposits.

If anyone cared to review the Warner-Barker report they estimated an average grade of only .48%. These drill holes seem to be indicating about a 50% increase to the average grade. If .48% equals 350M pounds of rare earths with the majority being HREE's, this is only fantastic news. The economics have just improved by a major factor.

The USBM report (and this press release) clearly indicated that the deposit of REE's consist of thin veins. That is now proven. But again the percentage of HREO's is much more valuable than the TREO's.

The only way this news could be better is if the veins where (widths) were thicker. Since most of these drill holes are very shallow, I look forward to seeing what deeper holes may produce.
