I hear you.  BUT I think it would be silly to ask us to vote for a share increase only to follow up with a reverse split.  There must be rules in place for this.  Also the only reason it would ever be needed is to get back above a dollar.  All we need is one big announcement....that should take care of the one dollar requirement.
