What IF they announce that GIS-FOXCONN is taking an investment stake in the company to the tune of 25% ?

Note the Big IF, but at .40/share, that's not a lot of money to GIS.

The market cap today is under $26M.  25% of that is $6.5 M, which equates to their orignial offer.
