Looks like they established this very large position at or very near the bottom.  Did they do so to see it go lower?  I think not.  Hopefully they see this as a turn around candidate with huge potential for their investment stake.  Bottom feeders?  Looks to me like they may have just made a very shrewd bet, if UNXL can ramp it up and FT or GIS makes a deposit.

Perhaps we have seen the bottom.  Perhaps some very good timing as we are half way into Q3 with the ramp underway.
