Doesn't look like there are any options at this point, beyond "wait and see".  

We were suppose to be seeing significance evidence of the ramp with better margins and even more new design wins by now.  

Instead it appears management was full of it.  Certainly a criminal undoing, from what it appears.  Hard to believe the new team signed onto that given the old management's undoing.  Maybe they can all share a cell.

It appears the Chinese "partner" is literally stealing the assets for a song.

Moving on, as if I had a choice.
