BROSNOR GOLD PROJECT

Brosnor Project contains two historical drill indicated High garde gold zones

- Adelemont zone: 277,503 @ 0.119 oz/t Au

(4.08g/t)to a vertical depth 350 feet

- Norcourt zone: 34,352 t @0.124 oz/t Au (4.25g/t)

Upper Canyons consists of 18 claims covering 923 hectares, it is located 30 km east of the town of Val D

Or in the province of Quebec. The project is accessible by paved road and boasts excellent infrastructure with power and water readily available. Brosnor lies within the archean Abitibi volcano – Sedimentary Belt, Superior Province. On July 29, 2008 Upper Canyon reported a set of results from a 3,678 meter drill program on the Brosnor. Which included important intersections from the Adelemont and Norcourt zones. However the most interesting was a new rich zone discovered the Bermont grading as high as 30.93/1.6m at a shallow depth of 25.7.
The mineral deposit model of the property, linked to shear zones cutting across fractured competent volcanic/diorite at contact with

ultramafic rocks is alike to the KerrAddison (Larder Lake) or Astoria (Rouyn-Noranda) ore deposit. In conclusion the Brosnor project presents favorable criteria such as 1) Confirmed gold zones with a clear opened extensions; 2) easy access to all the Val D
