Undervalued: I am relying on the metrics that more informed analysts are using, and based on their metrics VIT is undervalued. In a hyper inflation environment interest rates will rise sharply, and in turn the WACC will also rise; however, the price of gold in this environment will all go up - and my opinion - will act as an offset to the rising WACC.
