A seasoned mining executive with 34 years of experience René Galipeau has been a Director of Victory Nickel since 1993. Mr. Galipeau has held senior positions with a number of gold and base metals mining companies in Canada and the U.S., including Breakwater Resources Ltd., Rio Algom Mines Ltd., Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting Co. Ltd., and Black Hawk Mining Inc. in addition to his duties with Victory Nickel, Mr. Galipeau is also Vice-Chairman, CEO and a Director of Nuinsco Resources Limited and a Director of Wallbridge Mining Company Limited, Campbell Resources Inc. and Gold Hawk Resources Inc.
W. Warren Holmes, B.Sc., P.Eng., MBA,
Chairman and Director
Warren Holmes is a mining engineer who formerly worked for 38 years with Noranda and Falconbridge, most recently as Senior Vice-President, Canadian Mining Operations. He serves on the Boards of a number of public and private corporations, including Wallbridge Mining Company Limited, Nuinsco Resources Limited., Atlanta Gold Inc., Foraco International SA, and Campbell Resources Inc.
Steve Harapiak, P.Eng.,
President and COO
Formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan prior to it becoming a public company, Steve Harapiak has worked in the uranium, potash, iron, base metal and gold sectors. He has also served in senior executive positions in major companies in Canada and abroad; Canadian companies include Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting, Noranda, and Denison Mines. Mr. Harapiak's international experience includes engineering assignments in Chile, Cuba and Russia. Additionally, he has headed up major mineral projects in Zambia (Director of operations - Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines), in Russia (General Director of Kubaka Gold Mine) and in Kazakhstan (Senior Vice President of Kazzinc, an integrated mining, smelting and refining company).
Paul L. Jones, B.Sc., P. Geo.,
President Exploration
Paul Jones has over 20 years of experience with more than 20 junior mining companies, and acts as Victory Nickel's qualified person in all exploration matters.
David Mchaina, Ph.D., P.Eng.,
Vice-President, Environment & Sustainable Development
Dr. David Mchaina is a professional engineer with over 20 years of progressive technical and management experience in environmental, health and safety protection and sustainable development. Immediately prior to joining Victory Nickel he was Manager, Environmental Affairs, Americas, for Boliden Limited commencing in 1998. Previously, Dr. Mchaina held a series of progressive positions with several mining companies, including Westmin Resources Limited and Goldcorp Inc.
Alison Sutcliffe
Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Sutcliffe was formerly Controller of Victory Nickel and has international experience in accounting, public sector disclosure and controls.
Previously Ms. Sutcliffe served as Controller, Resources at Dundee Corporation. Prior to joining Dundee, Ms. Sutcliffe spent 12 years with Deloitte and Touche in Canada and the UK and seven years with CIBC in Canada and the United States, culminating with the role of Chief Financial Officer with CIBC National Bank.
Sean Stokes
Vice-President, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary
Sean Stokes has 20 years of communications and business experience, during which he has been as a corporate investor relations officer and financial communications/business development consultant to a broad range of publicly traded and private companies primarily in the mining and technology sectors.
George F. Archibald, M.Sc., P. Geo.,
Director
George Archibald has more than 40 years experience, and served as Vice-President, Exploration of Nuinsco Resources Limited between 1970 to 2004. Previously, he was a member of a Falconbridge exploration team responsible for three mine discoveries in the 1960s, and has added another four discoveries with Nuinsco, including the Lac Rocher deposit in Quebec.
Ethel Dorothy Blondin-Andrew, P.C., B.Ed., LL.D,
Director
A former federal Minister of State, Ms. Blondin-Andrew became the first Native woman elected to Canada's House of Commons in 1988. Her federal political experience spans more than 17 years, during which she held the portfolios of Secretary of State (Training and Youth), Secretary of State (Children and Youth), Minister of State (Children and Youth) and Minister of State (Northern Development). Prior to entering federal politics, Ms. Blondin-Andrew spent many years working in northern Canada as a teacher, served as an Assistant Deputy Minister with the Territorial government and worked two years with the Public Service Commission of Canada in Ottawa as the National Manager of Indigenous Training and Development. Ms. Blondin-Andrew is also a Director of Horizon North Logistics Inc. (TSX:HNL).

Frank Crothers has served on many public and private sector boards. Mr. Crothers is the former President of P.P.C. Limited, which was acquired by Fortis Inc. in August 2006, and he now serves on the board of Fortis Inc. In addition, Mr. Crothers is Vice-Chair of the Board of Caribbean Utilities Company, Limited. Mr. Crothers also serves as a Director of Abaco Markets, Templeton Investments, Nuinsco Resources Limited, Talon Corporation, Fidelity Merchant Bank & Trust Limited, and C.A. Bancorp Inc
Howard Stockford, P. Eng.,
Director
Howard Stockford is a professional engineer and mining consultant with over 40 years experience, including 13 years with Falconbridge and 21 years with Aur Resources Inc. He serves on the board of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, is a life member of the Canadian Institute of Mining (CIM), of which he was President from May 2003 to May 2004, and for which he has served as Chairman of both Winnipeg and Toronto Branches.

Ms. Thomas is a Chicago, IL and Paris, France based financial advisor with over 20 years of international mining and project finance experience. Previously Ms. Thomas was Director, Mining Group, Investment Banking, ScotiaMcLeod Inc.
T. Mike Young, P. Eng.,
Director
Mike Young is a mining executive, mining consultant and metallurgist with 45 years of global industry experience with a range of companies including Anglo American, Rio Tinto, Normandy Mining and Diamondfields. Between 1996 and 2003, Mr. Young was Vice-President Corporate Development for Falconbridge Ltd., and serves as Director of a number of mineral industry companies.
