This seems like a great deal for VIOR. VIOR is guaranteed a $20 million stake in Aurvista within a few months which represents a 21 cent share price. But this is only a floor share price, they still get to participate in the Duoay project with their approx. 50% ownership of Aurvista. Plus, they still have their other properties that are showing some promise.

This stock will have to start trading up towards 21 cents, at least, very soon.
