(TSX:WEW), a leading provider of location-based and fleet Telematics services, is pleased to announce that Emirates Telecommunication Corporation (Etisalat) ranked by The Middle East magazine as the 4th largest company in the Middle East in terms of capitalization and revenues, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with WebTech WirelessTM and confirmed a purchase order for a pilot project. Under the terms of the agreement, Etisalat will offer WebTech Wireless' QuadrantTM solution, a complete web-based Telematics solution, to corporate clients through its nationwide sales network and other distribution partners. Upon successful completion of the pilot, Etisalat and WebTech Wireless intend to sign a contract to develop and offer a comprehensive solution for the entire United Arab Emirates (UAE) regional market.

WebTech Wireless scalable products, with feature-rich functionality and comprehensive service offerings, provide financial and environmental benefits to customers including, but not limited to, passenger and employee safety, enhanced employee performance and improved asset utilization.

This MoU provides access to the UAE market of fleet and passenger vehicles through Etisalat sales and distribution network. The UAE has the world's highest ratio of vehicles to population with record annual growth of 41% as per the report prepared by Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2006.
