Holy bejeepers, it frigggen better well be. Bought a few years ago at about this price, watched it go all the way up - and then all the way back down again. Definitely frustrating! BUT, I still believe strongly that they're on the right track. Flow rates will come in (HAS to be soon) and when clean coal gasification takes off probably in the very near future - well, watch out. Hope all the pieces fall into place without more stalls. Hart just has to learn to be a bit more of an "operator"
