(the "Corporation" or "Westcore") (TSX VENTURE:WTR) announces the grant of an aggregate of 100,000 options to acquire common shares in the capital of Westcore at a price of $0.70 to a consultant of the Corporation. Such options (and the common shares exercisable upon exercise) are exercisable for a period of 5 years from the date of grant and will be subject to applicable securities law hold periods.
